This privacy policy applies to the ShiftTrainer app ("Application") for mobile devices, created by Kevin Haggard ("Service Provider") as a free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application does not collect personal information. It does not require an account and does not include advertising, analytics, or tracking.
Your personal-best challenge time is stored locally on your device. It is not sent to the Service Provider or any third party.
The Application does not gather precise location information and does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.

Opening Help & Instructions takes you to khaggardmagic.com/shifttrainer/help.html in your web browser. Once you leave the Application, your browser and the website host may process standard web-request information according to their own settings and practices.
Third-Party Access
The Application does not transmit your personal-best time or other personal information to third parties.
Data Retention and Control
Your personal-best time remains on your device until the Application or its locally stored data is removed. Uninstalling the Application removes the data stored by the Application.
Children
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children through the Application.
Security
ShiftTrainer minimizes privacy risk by keeping its saved personal-best time on the device and not collecting personal information through the Application.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
